Springing to life in 2020, Susan Edwards and Joy Reo created the CounterAct Climate Change Project (C3) to serve as an educational and engaging monthly, live webcast discussing topics on planetary health and how we as individuals and communities can make an impact for the better of our habitat and future.
C3 also features audience-led Q & A of these experts from all walks of life with ideas both big and small on how we can change our ways -- not the climate.
OUR TEAM

Joy Reo
Co-Founder
Joy, a talented marketing consultant, is an avid wild, edible mushroom hunter and an outdoor enthusiast. Whenever she can, she leads mushroom walks around the Boston area. She is the lead vocalist in the Joy Reo Trio, bringing jazz to the historic Colonial Inn in Concord, MA. Joy can also be found luxuriating in local ponds, rivers, and lakes, swimming around like a fish.
Susan Edwards
Co-Founder
Susan, a director of the Nashua River Watershed Association and producer who is also active on the Pepperell Climate Change Council, brings her expertise to this project, helping to plan for the future. In addition, she lives and breathes bicycling and pencil drawing and has a penchant for making detailed sketches of objects you can put in your pocket or eat; things like acorns, jaw harps, or Brussel Sprouts.
